Do you offer a platform or are you specialized?

Their is no right or wrong answer to this question. We want to have a base to understand the types of organizations that will benefit most from your services.

Do you solve a real problem in a unique way?

The industry has been overrun with buzzword bingo, so we are simply trying to understand how and what you do to make the world better. If we don't understand your value, we won't be able to align customer's strategic plans to you, and to save everyone's time we won't be doing business together.

How do you work with other vendors?

Does your technology work with other technologies in the greater set of tools? Do you have easy integration points? Do you provide APIs? A technology partner ecosystem? If you can't play nicely with others, we probably aren't the right partner.

Which certifications and compliance standards do you meet?

Please provide highest levels of certifications and/or URL with these details. If you do not have any but are in process we also want to know.

Major outages and/or breaches?

Outages and breaches are inevitable, but if and when they occur we want to know you're on it. If you're response was lack luster we won't be doing business together.
